Josh and a skeletonHi, I’m Josh WyattFeldenkrais Method Practitioner. I offer private Functional Integration lessons, as well as group Awareness Through Movement classes, both on an ongoing basis, and for special events. Please contact me if you’d like to work together.

My Specific Goals

  1. To make available to any interested individual a committed and transformative Awareness Through Movement practice.
  2. To be a part of a process by which people with committed movement-based practices are able to improve their practice and enjoy it more.
  3. To be a part of a process by which people are able to reduce the amount of pain in their life.
  4. To make available a space for individuals for a deep inquiry into who they are.
  5. To be a part of a process by which people who have undergone injury or sickness are able to find some healing.
